I’m Andre Ouimet, a mortgage agent in Toronto, ON.

Before I began my career as a mortgage agent, I co-owned and managed apartment properties while working as a high rigger in the entertainment industry. After acquiring adequate knowledge and having recovered from spinal arthritis, I decided to take the plunge and venture into a business of my own. I started my business to help people navigate the rather foggy environment of mortgage and loan lending in Ontario.
Guiding my clients through the sometimes perilous landscape of the lending industry has been my philosophy as a mortgage agent for the past six-and-a-half years. I try to be upfront with my clients about the strategy I use and options available so that they are properly informed and can make better financial decisions.
My practice of informing my clients and representing all options so that they can make more informed decisions is what I derive the most satisfaction from. My clients are my top priority, and I do everything I can to assist them and improve their quality of life. I once took two days out of my family holiday to prevent my client from losing his property. Offering my clients valuable advice and helping them when they need it the most is one of the primary reasons for my business success.
When I am not managing my business or solving my clients’ problems, I spend most of my time with my family. My children are now grown up, but I try to be available to help in any way I can. I also write fiction when time permits.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
